Ducky Bubby is a goofy, sweet, and wonderfully awkward Lab mix who is estimated to be around 4 years old and weighs 55 lbs. His most charming feature is his adorable face, complete with little "teefies" that poke out from time to time, making for endless photo opportunities. He has a calm and steady presence that makes him a natural with children, unfazed even by loud and chaotic play. Ducky engages wonderfully with kids, enjoying toys, playing fetch, and taking treats gently. He's also great with other dogs, enjoying zoomies and playtime in the yard, and can be a little shy at first, thriving with confident canine companions. Ducky has also shown respect around cats, and we are happy to arrange a sleepover with a feline friend to ensure a good match. He's a character who will bring laughter and love to any family.

Ideal Home

Ducky Bubby would love a home with a backyard where he can sunbathe and explore. He would also do well in an apartment setting, as he is quiet in his crate and walks well on a leash. He thrives in a home with other confident and goofy dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ducky Bubby is a rescue and his breed and age cannot be guaranteed. He has received all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he has been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Ducky Bubby is eager to please and highly treat-motivated. He already knows basic commands like "sit" and is happy to learn new tricks. He enjoys playing with toys and can entertain himself. He is also house-trained and walks well on a leash.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
