Quest (sponsored fee)

Quest is a handsome 5-year-old gentleman, a strong and loving mix of Boxer, Doberman, and Pit Bull. He was surrendered due to his owner's rental restrictions, having lived a cherished life in his previous home. Quest is a big, sturdy boy who has unfortunately lost a lot of weight due to the stress of shelter life. He's undergone a full vet check, and his weight loss is attributed to his current environment. Quest is eager to find his forever home and is ready to be a loyal and devoted companion. His adoption fee of $150 is fully sponsored!

Ideal Home

Quest would do best in an adult-only home, though teens are okay. He previously lived happily with a canine sibling and may do well with a mellow female dog of similar size. However, he should not be placed in a home with smaller animals.

Ongoing Health

Quest has been fully vetted and microchipped. His current weight loss is due to stress from the shelter environment and is expected to improve once he is in a stable home.

Training & Support

Quest is looking for a loving home where he can settle in and feel secure.

• Resident dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and be spayed or neutered.

Transporation

Quest is located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, next to the airport (exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South). Adoptions are by private appointment after an application is approved.
