Howie is a 5-month-old puppy who is as affectionate and happy as they come! He's friendly and social with everyone he meets, and he's already proven to be wonderful with both dogs and children. Howie loves to play with dogs of all sizes and would truly enjoy having a canine sibling or some kids to grow up with in his forever home. With his gentle spirit and joyful personality, Howie is ready to fill his new family's lives with cuddles, fun, and unconditional love.
