Shadow

Shadow should have spent his first year learning how to be a puppy, but instead, he was left to fend for himself in the dumping grounds of Cleveland, Texas. He's estimated to be around 11 months old, but he has an old soul; he's calm, gentle, and observant. This 47lb Black Lab mix is the perfect medium-sized companion. Since arriving in rescue, Shadow has been enjoying the simple joys of a warm bed, full meals, his own toys, and the comfort of knowing someone will be coming home for him. He's now ready for a family to help him continue to grow and learn just how wonderful life can be.

Shadow will thrive in a home that can offer continued training, guidance, and plenty of positive experiences as he continues to learn.

Training & Support

Shadow is kennel trained, potty trained, loves other dogs, and enjoys playing with toys. Like any young dog, he will benefit from ongoing positive reinforcement training.
