There's something truly special about Teddy Bear. Perhaps it's his diminutive size within his litter, or his utterly sweet face. Maybe it's the way he gazes at you with those innocent puppy eyes, as if he's still trying to navigate this big, wide world. Whatever it is, this little guy has a charm that makes everyone he meets instantly want to scoop him up, shower him with kisses, and promise to protect him forever.
Teddy possesses a gentle soul that is impossible not to fall for. He's sweet, calm, affectionate, and perfectly content to soak up some cuddles before happily wandering off to play with a toy. While his siblings might be displaying bigger personalities, Teddy quietly wins hearts just by being his authentic self. There's a certain peacefulness about him; he's the puppy you find yourself checking on just because he's so incredibly precious.
Teddy is approximately 2 months old and currently weighs around 10 lbs. We believe he may be a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix, but as with all rescues, his true heritage is a delightful mystery! He is currently thriving in a foster home, where he's beginning to explore the world through play, naps, mealtime routines, and gentle socialization. His days are wonderfully simple: chase a toy, wrestle with his siblings, eat, nap, and then do it all over again. He's exactly what his name suggests: gentle, sweet, affectionate, and an all-around easy little guy to love. He enjoys playing with toys and joining in on puppy fun, but he has a naturally calmer personality that's already shining through. He's the puppy who reminds you to slow down, scoop him up, and savor all the little moments that make puppyhood so magical. Teddy may be the littlest of his litter, but we have a feeling he's going to leave the biggest paw prints on someone's heart.
