Lennox

Lennox is a spirited 3-year-old GSD-Malinois mix whose nearly 600 days in foster care have shaped him into a truly wonderful companion with an extra-large personality. Get ready for enthusiastic greetings filled with tail wags and his favorite tennis ball when you return home. Lennox thrives on companionship and will eagerly expect and even demand quality time with you.

Ideal Home

Lennox would be happiest in an active home with an energetic family. He absolutely needs a fenced yard to satisfy his guarding instincts and enjoy playtime. Due to his strong prey drive and high energy, he would not be a good fit for a home with cats or small children, as he might accidentally knock them over.

Ongoing Health

Lennox is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations, including bordetella and rabies. He has been heartworm tested and is on preventative medication for heartworm, fleas, and ticks.

Training & Support

Lennox can become overly excited when he sees other dogs on walks, so ongoing training will be key to helping him become the best boy he can be. He is a champion bed hog and responds best to gentle requests accompanied by treats when he's asked to move. Crate training was a challenge for Lennox as he truly prefers to be with his people.
