Neal is located at the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, and can also be met at the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626. Both locations are open daily from noon to 6pm, excluding limited holidays/events. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
