Matt

Matt is an 8-year-old gentleman with a heart of gold. While he may not be the most handsome pup, his personality shines through, winning him first place in everyone's hearts. He carries the grace of an old soul, a testament to his resilience after a serious head injury that resulted in the loss of an ear. Despite his past, Matt has never lost his zest for life or his deep affection for people. He's a big boy, weighing in at just over 70 pounds, but he is incredibly gentle. You can often find him relaxing at your feet, cuddling in your bed, or joyfully rolling on his back in the grass, one of his absolute favorite pastimes. Matt was found wandering in a park, was picked up by animal control, and was tragically set to be euthanized before a hero stepped in at the last minute to save him.

Matt is looking for a loving home where he can spend the rest of his days. He enjoys relaxing and cuddling, and he loves to roll in the grass.

Matt has lost an ear due to a past head injury.
