Ronin and Yuri

Meet Ronin and Yuri, a bonded pair who are as resilient as they are loving! Ronin, a playful white pup, is toy-obsessed and knows how to shake a paw. He's wonderful with people but can be a bit unsure around other dogs, except for his inseparable best friend, Yuri. Yuri, a sweet black dog, is a quiet and gentle soul. She was found sick but has since made a full recovery and is now ready to blossom with a patient adopter. She's smart, trainable, and loves to splash around in the water. These two have been through a lot together and are dreaming of a spacious home, perhaps a ranch or farm, where they can truly run free.

Ideal Home

Ronin and Yuri would thrive in a home with plenty of space, like a ranch, farm, or large property. They are not recommended for homes with cats or young children.

Ongoing Health

Yuri has fully recovered from a past illness and is now healthy.

Training & Support

Ronin can be unpredictable with other dogs, so he'll need guidance and a slow introduction to any new canine friends (besides Yuri!). Yuri is timid at first but blossoms with patience and is described as trainable.

Transporation

Ronin and Yuri are located near Bucerias, Mexico. We arrange for adoptions to the US and Canada with the help of flight companions. Approved adopters will meet their new furry family members at the airport. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight companion isn't available, transport may involve meeting at Peace Arch Park at the border, with volunteers assisting to bring dogs to adopters.
