Maximilian Sunflower with Maximum Fluff

Prepare yourself for an overwhelming amount of fluff! Maximilian is a 2-month-old puppy who looks like a delightful cross between a teddy bear and a baby polar bear. He's about 10 lbs and we believe he may be a Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix, though breed is never guaranteed with rescue. Maximilian is a perfect blend of playful energy and snuggle-bug sweetness. He loves exploring his foster home, playing with toys and his siblings, and soaking up affection. He's sure to bring endless joy and cuddles to his forever family.

Ideal Home

A family ready for all the joys and responsibilities of puppyhood, including continued socialization, training, structure, consistency, and positive experiences.

Ongoing Health

Maximilian is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

We require adopters to begin crate training immediately to aid in potty training, independence, and managing puppy energy. Maximilian is also receiving ongoing training and socialization support from our on-site trainers.

Transporation

Maximilian is currently in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A transport surcharge of $87 applies. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
