Meet Barry White, a charming 7-month-old Pit Bull/Lab mix with a heart as big as his personality! Barry is the perfect blend of cool, cuddly, and goofy, guaranteed to bring smiles and kisses into your life. His expressive puppy eyes, adorable grin, and floppy ears make him an instant heart-melter, and he loves nothing more than to be close to his favorite people, leaning in for gentle affection and showering them with kisses.
When playtime rolls around, Barry’s silly side shines! He loves bouncing around with toys, wrestling with doggy friends, and going for joyful zoomies. But don't worry, the fun is perfectly balanced with his desire for cuddle time. He’s the best of both worlds – playful without being overwhelming, affectionate without being clingy. Barry has also shown great promise with cats, approaching them with curiosity and sweet, respectful behavior, and he has been incredibly loving and gentle with teenagers.
Ideal Home
Barry would do well with another friendly dog or as the sole canine companion. He has also shown to be polite and respectful around cats.
Ongoing Health
Barry is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test, and microchip.
Training & Support
Barry is still working on leash walking, as he finds many things more interesting than polite walking. He is food motivated and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for continued training.

Transporation
Barry is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
