Ozzy is a sweet 7-month-old boy who started life on the streets and is learning to trust humans. He weighs about 7 lbs and is expected to stay under 10 lbs. While he may need a moment to warm up, he is never aggressive when scared, preferring to freeze. Ozzy is great with other dogs and cats and is looking for a patient, quieter family to show him the ropes.
