Kaspian, The Sweet Little Survivor

Kaspian is a 1-year-old short-haired Chihuahua weighing just 16 pounds, but this tiny boy has a story of resilience, courage, and joy that is sure to steal your heart. He was found injured and underwent surgery for a pelvic fracture, but after two months of dedicated crate rest and medication, he made a full recovery. Now, Kaspian is a happy, playful, and entertaining companion who loves to play fetch and invent games in his foster mom's yard. He's an affectionate dog with a zest for life, bringing happiness wherever he goes. Kaspian also enjoys fresh fruit as a treat and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and humans of all kinds.

Ideal Home

Kaspian needs a home with an adequately and fully fenced yard. Electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Kaspian is fully vetted, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and kept on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Kaspian is a social butterfly and has never met a stranger, enjoying the company of everyone he meets.

Transporation

Kaspian is currently being fostered in Texas. Transport can be arranged for approved adopters anywhere in the United States and Canada. Transport fees range from $200 - $300 for the East Coast and $250 - $350 for the West Coast.
