Marky Mark is a big, goofy, fun-loving boy who's always ready for an adventure or a cuddle! He's a 1-year-old, 56 lb pittie mix with an irresistible blend of squish and muscle. Marky Mark is a social butterfly who adores people and other dogs, maintaining a happy medium between playful and snuggly. He's also great with puppies and can easily earn the "favorite fun uncle" title. While he enjoys playtime, he's also respectful of dogs who prefer a calmer interaction. Marky Mark is a confident boy who doesn't need another dog in the home to feel secure or meet his energy needs. He's eager to please, loves treats, and already knows how to sit. He's also crate trained, potty trained, and has excellent house manners.
Ideal Home
Marky Mark would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can explore, play with his favorite plush toys, and sunbathe. He would do best with another dog that enjoys both play and relaxation. He should be in a home without cats. We haven't seen Marky Mark with children yet, but we believe he would make a great family companion and are happy to arrange meetings with kids.

Marky Mark is a rescue dog, and as with any rescue, we cannot guarantee breed or age.
Training & Support
Marky Mark pulls slightly on the leash out of excitement for walks, but a simple correction is all it takes to remind him to walk like a gentleman. His eagerness to please and willingness to learn will make any additional training a breeze.

Marky Mark is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably. Drop off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time.
