Ivy

Ivy is a beautiful 1-year-old Redbone Hound/Labrador Retriever mix who weighs approximately 50 pounds. She's a loving, smart, and easygoing girl who always has a smile and a paw to offer! Ivy has never met a stranger and adores people, always greeting them with a wagging tail. She enjoys soaking up affection and is happy to be by your side for quiet evenings or adventures. Ivy is also fantastic with other dogs and her gentle nature makes her a joy to be around. She was saved from a high-kill shelter and is now ready for her happy ending with a loving family.

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive in a home where she can be a constant companion. A fully and adequately fenced yard is a must, and electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is fully vetted, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and is kept on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Ivy walks beautifully on a leash and has excellent manners both at home and in public. She easily adjusts to new situations and takes life's changes in stride.

Transportation

Ivy is currently being fostered in Texas. Transportation can be arranged for approved adopters anywhere in the United States and Canada. Transportation fees can range between $200 - $300 for the East Coast and $250 - $350 for the West Coast.
