Gimli

Gimli is a handsome Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever mix with a ton of energy and a love for playtime! He's a very high-strung boy who is looking for a new adventure. He used to be friendly with other dogs but has become anxious and reactive on walks, barking and lunging at people, dogs, and bicycles. He has also started resource guarding. Gimli has lived with cats without any issues. We don't know how he is with children.

Ideal Home

Gimli would truly benefit from a home with a yard where he can run and play to his heart's content. Due to his reactivity on walks, a home that can provide him with space away from busy environments would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Gimli is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Gimli is experiencing anxiety and reactivity on walks and has started resource guarding. He will need a patient and experienced owner who can work with him on these behaviors. A secure yard will be a great asset for him to safely burn off energy.
