Malibu

Malibu is a handsome 4-year-old Siberian Husky mix who has overcome a difficult start in life. He was found in a Houston kill shelter with no microchip and unneutered, and he had to fend for himself on the streets before Animal Control rescued him. Thankfully, his story took a turn for the better when we stepped in. Now fully vetted and safe, Malibu is ready to find his forever family. Despite his past, he remains playful, sweet, and deeply affectionate, cherishing every moment of human interaction. Once he's settled, he reveals a calm and gentle demeanor, but his joy for life is evident.

Ideal Home

Malibu would thrive in a home where he can continue to receive love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Malibu is heartworm positive but is already on the road to recovery. He has received his ProHeart 12 injection and is currently completing a 30-day course of doxycycline as part of a slow-kill treatment protocol.

Training & Support

Malibu is not yet house-trained. Continued patience and positive reinforcement will help him succeed.
