Wynona

Wynona is a sweet young lady, a German Shepherd / Australian Shepherd mix, born on July 13, 2025. She was surrendered with her siblings due to circumstances beyond her previous owner's control. When Wynona first arrived, she was very timid and frightened of everything and everyone, as she hadn't had much socialization. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have been working with her, and she's made wonderful progress! She's learned to walk on a leash and seems to get along well with other dogs. However, she is still quite shy and can be startled by loud noises and sudden movements.

Ideal Home

Wynona would thrive in a calm and quiet home where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. A home that understands and can accommodate her shy nature would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Wynona is spayed, vaccinated, and up to date on all her treatments.

Training & Support

Wynona is learning to be more comfortable with her surroundings. Patience and gentle encouragement will be key to helping her continue to blossom. She is still working on overcoming her shyness and fear of loud noises.
