Meet Mylo Eli, a charming 4-year-old terrier/Yorkie mix who weighs around 12 pounds. This handsome fellow is a special boy with a lot of love to give. Mylo Eli joined us from the Baytown Animal Shelter, and while he has a few quirks, he's ready to find his forever family.

Ideal Home

Mylo Eli would thrive in an adult-only home where his boundaries are respected. He needs a patient and understanding family who can appreciate his need for personal space and allow him to warm up at his own pace. A home without apartments is a must for Mylo Eli.

Ongoing Health

Mylo Eli lost an eye in a dog fight that he did not instigate. Despite this, he remains a resilient and happy pup.

Training & Support

Mylo Eli is kennel aggressive and can be timid when first meeting new people. He chooses when he is ready for affection and will clearly communicate when he needs space. A slow and gentle approach is crucial when interacting with him. He is fully potty trained, knows commands like "sit" and "lay down," and enjoys car rides and playing with his favorite toys.

Applications start by contacting us through Wags. All adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check, and final contract. We select the best applicant for each dog based on their needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs, we will not place them in homes with large breed dogs.
