Doc McGee is the name.... and FUN is the game! This sweet boy's life was almost over in a rural pound, but his luck changed when he was rescued! He's a handsome mix of hunting and herding breeds, often seen lifting a paw at interesting things in the yard and trying to corral his foster siblings. At night, Doc McGee transforms into the ultimate snuggle bug, loving nothing more than to be skin-on-skin with his foster mommy in her bed. He does not like sleeping in a kennel and will bark if he can't be with you. He's athletic and energetic, enjoying wrestling with his doggy siblings, and he'd love to have a playful furry friend in his new home. Doc also adores playing with humans who talk "baby talk" to him. He's a toy enthusiast, especially loving squeaky toys, and enjoys chewing on anything his teeth can get a hold of – firewood, balls, blankets, and old shoes! He's also a fantastic fetch player.

Doc McGee would thrive in a home with a fun, furry friend to play with. He would also love a family that enjoys engaging with him and showering him with affection.

Ongoing Health

Doc McGee is up-to-date on all vaccines, has been neutered, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Doc McGee is still working on potty training. He consistently potties outside but occasionally has accidents inside. He needs to be taken out first thing in the morning and within two minutes of eating to ensure continued success.
