Hi there! My name is Prissy! I'm a sweet and beautiful 12-week-old Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound mix puppy with a gentle heart and a lovable little personality! I have a mostly black coat with pretty white markings, and I'm the smallest of my litter. I currently weigh about 15 pounds, but I'm still growing! With my shorter, stubbier legs and longer body, I'm expected to be an adorable midsize, low-rider pup when I'm all grown up. I can be a little shy when we first meet, but don't let that fool you--I warm up quickly with patience, gentle reassurance, and kind words. Once I know I'm safe, my sweet personality starts to shine! I love to run, play, and go on walks. I'm already doing well learning how to walk on a leash and would love a family who will continue showing me all the fun things life has to offer. I'm a wonderful mix of playful puppy and calm companion. After a good adventure, there's nothing better than soaking up attention and settling in for a nice long lap nap. I'm a gentle and loving girl who wants to be close to my people as much as possible. I do wonderfully with kiddos and the elderly, and I enjoy making friends with everyone I meet. I would love nothing more than to be someone's partner in crime for all of life's adventures. I'm also a great little travel buddy! I do well for car rides and would happily tag along wherever you go--whether it's exploring new places or simply spending the day together. Since I'm still a puppy, I have lots to learn about the world, but I'm a great listener, eager to please, and ready to learn. Treats and mealtime are definitely some of my favorite moments, and my love for yummy snacks will make training fun and rewarding! If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, slightly shy-at-first little low-rider who will grow into your loyal best friend, I might just be your perfect match!
