Meet Rowan, a tiny gentleman who is about 1 1/2 years old and weighs around 39 pounds. He has the sweetest face, floppy ears, and soft eyes that will melt your heart. Rowan is a gentle, quiet, and sensitive soul. He's not one to demand attention but prefers to sit nearby and slowly win you over. New environments and people can make him nervous initially, so he needs a patient adopter who understands that he needs time to feel safe and build trust. Once he's comfortable, he'll be a calm and peaceful companion.
Rowan is a respectful and easygoing dog who handles introductions well with other dogs. He's more interested in observing his surroundings than roughhousing, but he's not bothered by other dogs.
Ideal Home
Rowan would thrive in a calmer environment with patient people who understand shy dogs. A home with a yard and a quieter setting would be ideal for him. While he hasn't been officially around children, older, calm kids would likely be a better fit due to his nervousness around new people and loud environments. We can arrange a kid-test for interested adopters.
Ongoing Health
Rowan is a healthy boy.
Training & Support
