Gustav is a 3½-year-old terrier/Lab mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for fun! He’s very dog-friendly and thrives in playgroups, where he loves to romp around with his canine pals. His favorite game is pretending to play fetch—he’s all about the chase, even if the “bringing the ball back” part still hasn’t clicked. Gustav is a goofy, chunky boy who adores snacks (maybe a little too much). Interactive toys are his jam… at least until he gets too hangry—then all brain power disappears, and he’ll let you know with dramatic whining and cries of disapproval. He's a true hero who's been blessed with a second chance and is excited to start his next journey with you!
Ideal Home
Gustav would love a home where he can continue to socialize with other dogs. He enjoys playtime and is a good boy when he has his toys!

Training & Support
Gustav is still working on his fetch game, but he's eager to please! He enjoys interactive toys, but can get a little vocal when he's hungry. Providing him with snacks and engaging toys will help him stay focused and happy. Our team is dedicated to helping our animals prepare for adoption by providing behavioral training and social enrichment.

Transportation
Gustav is currently located in Angleton, Texas. He is available for transportation to predetermined locations in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH. The adoption and transportation fee ranges from $100-$500. Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request, with financial responsibility on the adopting family. For those picking up at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee which includes vetting services: DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
