William is looking for a home where he can be the only dog, as he prefers not to share his fan club. He also needs a home without cats, as he has recently decided they are not okay. This sweet, flock guardian dog is not for first-time owners. He'll do best in a home with no kids or teens and up, not because he's a threat, but because he likes them too much. He can become overwhelmed trying to guard them and considers small children to be "badly behaved sheep" who put themselves at risk. An owner with flock guardian dog experience is essential. A securely fenced yard is non-negotiable, as William will roam the perimeter he decides is his without one. He loves being outside to supervise his kingdom but truly thrives when he's right next to his favorite people.
