Casey is a gentle giant with a heart as big as she is. At 5 years old and 80 pounds, Casey has survived life on the streets and somehow still chooses kindness every single day. Part Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd, Maremma Sheepdog, and Chow Chow, Casey carries all the best traits of her breeds: loyal, intelligent, calm, and deeply devoted to her people. But more than anything, she’s simply a sweet soul who deserves to finally know what safety and love feel like. After surviving on her own for far too long, Casey is ready to trade survival mode for soft beds, full bowls, and gentle hands. She has a quiet strength about her—the kind of dog that makes you feel calm just being near her. She’s a big girl with an even bigger heart, and all she really wants is a family to call her own. A home where she never has to wonder if she’ll be abandoned again. Casey has already proven she can survive. Now she deserves the chance to truly live.

Ideal Home

Casey is looking for a loving family to call her own. She has previously done well with cats and children, and while her interactions with children 8 and up are unknown, she is generally gentle.
