Hello, I'm Pop! I have super soft fur with adorable white markings on my nose, and I'm always happy! I love to snuggle and sleep near the oven when it's on for extra warmth. My fur is a bit thicker than most pitties, possibly from some Border Collie in my lineage. I came from New Mexico with my siblings, but I was very young and don't remember much from back then. I'm already potty trained and will let you know when I need to go out by resting by the door. I'm also kennel trained, though I admit I'm not a fan of being in there. I'm trustworthy enough to be left out on my own and don't tend to destroy things; I'm usually just sleeping! At night, I love to sleep as close to my foster mom as possible. I know how to "sit," "stay," "wait," and "off," and I'm currently working on "come." I'm very food-motivated, with peanut butter and yogurt being my favorites! I always wait for the "okay" command before eating and am getting much better at taking treats gently. I get along wonderfully with my 10-year-old foster sister and have met her friends, though I do bark at them initially. I can be a little unsure of new kids at first because they move so fast, but after about 10 minutes, I calm down and just want to lick them. I'm not sure what a cat is, but I absolutely love other dogs! I'm my slightly younger foster brother's emotional support dog and need to be near him at all times. I enjoy playing with my 55lb, almost two-year-old foster sister, engaging in tug, keep away, and chase. My older foster brother, who is almost four and 96lbs, tolerates my playful nudges. My favorite doggy activities include wrestling, zoomies, and tug-of-war. I also love going for walks in the neighborhood. I'm smart, eager to learn, and want to be friends with everyone, though I take my time warming up. I love to snuggle and be loved, and I'm always up for an adventure, making me a great hiking buddy and travel companion. Ultimately, I just want to be with my people, have a dog friend, and live the best life possible!
Ideal Home
My dream family would have older kids and another dog, with an active lifestyle. Sleeping in bed with my humans is a must!

Training & Support
I'm working on "come" and am still learning to gently take treats without being prompted. I can bark at new people initially, but I warm up quickly.
