Mavis is a sweet 6/7-year-old Maltese mix who is looking for a loving home to spoil her. She's a true lap dog and shadow, happiest when snuggled up with her favorite person on the couch or sharing their bed at night. After years on the streets, Mavis is relishing indoor life and showering her people with affection. She's wonderful with children and gets along well with other dogs, though she prefers to eat separately to avoid any resource guarding issues. Mavis is missing a few teeth, a reminder of her past, but it doesn't slow her down one bit! While she hasn't been cat-tested, her gentle and easygoing nature suggests she'd likely do well with feline friends.
