Matcha

Matcha is an 8-10 year old Boston Terrier with a frosty face that hints at his age, but his playful spirit says otherwise! He absolutely loves to play, especially fetch. He'll happily bring you a ball or toy and patiently wait for you to throw it, nudging it closer or even giving your lap a gentle tap to remind you it's playtime. He also has a special fondness for blankets and pillows, claiming them with joyful rolls.

Ideal Home

Matcha is a well-behaved house guest and is housebroken, even using a dog door. While he may have marked a bit upon arrival, which is normal, he's adjusted well. He gets along great with other dogs and all people. However, due to his enthusiastic play with toys, younger children might not be the best fit, as his excitement could lead to a toy-grab that accidentally includes a hand.

Ongoing Health

Matcha is not a picky eater, making meal times a breeze. He tolerates baths well and, like many Boston Terriers, he doesn't have a strong odor or shed much.

Training & Support

Matcha is already housebroken and crate-trained, sleeping through the night without a peep, though he does prefer to sleep in your bed! He is a champ at bath time. A minor adjustment with marking was managed with belly bands, which is common when dogs first arrive.
