Hi, I'm Bear, an 8-year-old, 7-pound male Yorkshire Terrier, and I'm ready to find my safe, happy forever home! I'm a tiny little boy who just wants to be your shadow. I love snuggling up close, giving sweet kisses, and relaxing beside you while we watch TV. Just look at my little eyes looking at you! I'm playful too, but my favorite place is right next to my person. I just want to feel safe, loved, and part of your world. I'm a miniature Yorkshire Terrier with a gentle, loving personality who thrives in a calm, predictable environment. I'm about 90% potty trained and continue to do well with consistency and routine. I am crate trained, though I would much prefer being out with my people – I am truly a velcro dog who just wants to be near you. I do well with cats and other dogs and enjoy playtime, but I'm just as happy curling up for a cozy evening. I also make a wonderful travel companion thanks to my small size and easygoing nature, and of course, I love to ride! I deserve a peaceful home with minimal chaos where I can settle into a steady routine. In return, I'll give you endless affection, companionship, and those irresistible little Yorkie kisses.

Ideal Home

I need a home without young children where I can feel secure and relaxed. Older, mature children who are respectful of dogs are okay. I also do well with cats and other dogs. I would be an ideal companion for a retired individual or couple, or someone who is home often and looking for a loyal sidekick.

Ongoing Health

I am neutered, microchipped, and current on my shots.

Training & Support

I am about 90% potty trained and continue to do well with consistency and routine. I am crate trained, though I would much prefer being out with my people. I can be fearful of small children due to past negative experiences.
