Meet Astro, a delightful 4-month-old German Shepherd Mix who is ready to wiggle his way into your heart! This energetic and expressive pup is currently a little overwhelmed by the shelter environment, but his true personality shines through when he's interacting with people. Staff describe him as very wiggly, playful, and incredibly people-oriented. He absolutely adores attention, loves to lean in for pets, and will shower you with happy licks. Once outside his kennel, Astro is a friendly and affectionate boy who is very responsive to people. He's still very much a puppy, so expect lots of excitement, especially on leash!

Ideal Home

Astro would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of love, attention, and opportunities to play. As a young, energetic puppy, he will need patience and consistent training to help him adjust to his new life.

Ongoing Health

Astro has received multiple rounds of deworming and is up-to-date on vaccinations. He has also been neutered and tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Astro is still learning the ropes! He is excitable on leash and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement training to help him develop good manners. His playful and people-oriented nature means he's eager to please and will likely excel with consistent guidance.
