Adopted Cody

Meet Cody, a handsome purebred black and tan Cavalier with a heart full of love! Born on November 7, 2024, this 27 lb. charmer is a happy, friendly, and social guy who absolutely adores company. He'll happily follow you around, proving his sweet and devoted nature. Cody also has good leash skills and will offer a "sit" when he feels like it – he’s a smart boy with a playful spirit! He came to us from a breeder who was downsizing and no longer needed him as a farm dog. Cody has never been a breeder; he was simply a beloved farm pet.

Ideal Home

Cody gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs, making him a versatile companion for many households.

Ongoing Health

Cody had some thin hair and a few scrapes from his days on the farm, but they are healing well and are no longer an issue. His hair is already growing back thicker! He's been neutered, vaccinated for parvo, distemper, and rabies, and received Frontline and heartworm preventative. His fecal test was clean, and he tested negative for heartworm. His teeth have been cleaned, and any ear infections have been treated. His heart and knees are in good condition. He is currently in a cone to allow his neuter area to heal properly and is on antibiotics to ensure everything stays healthy. Any medications he is currently on will go home with him.

Training & Support

Cody is crate trained and is quiet and calm when in his crate. He is house-trained.
