Babe Ruth

Meet Babe Ruth! This handsome 98-pound Boxer and American Bulldog mix is a gentle giant with a heart full of love. At three years young, Babe is already a pro at indoor living – he's fully potty trained, crate trained, neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations and preventatives. He was rescued from BARC and has been thriving in his foster home, proving to be a wonderful companion. Babe loves to snuggle and will try to fit his big frame onto your lap for hugs and cuddles, convinced he's a lap dog! He's well-behaved and has free roam of his foster home during the day, showing no destructive tendencies. He also settles in nicely for the night in his kennel.

Ideal Home

Babe would be a wonderful addition to many homes! He's great with all people, including children, and gets along with other pets. However, he tends to be an alpha male, so he would do best as the only dog in the household or with female dogs.

Babe is up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventatives and is already neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Babe is already house-trained and crate-trained. He is eager to please and loves his people. His main need is a loving home that understands his "alpha" tendencies with other male dogs and can provide him with plenty of affection.
