Hi there! I'm Leo, a handsome 1-year-old Dachshund/Hound mix who tips the scales at about 20 pounds. I was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, and now I'm in Michigan, making up for lost time by soaking up all the love and attention I can get. I'm a happy little guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart, and I'm eager to find my forever family!

I'm the type of dog who will happily greet you at the door with a wagging tail, ready for scratches, pets, cuddles, or honestly, whatever affection you're willing to give. I absolutely love people and just want to be part of everything you're doing. If you're looking for a happy little shadow to follow you around, I'm your guy!

I'm also great with other dogs and have done really well around kids. Everyone says I'm just an all-around good boy!
