Beauregard the 4th

Meet Beauregard the 4th! This sweet, easygoing senior boy is a 12+ year old chihuahua mix who found himself in our care when his owner fell ill and had to move into a nursing home. Beau lived a loving life with his owner and is now ready to be spoiled in his golden years. He is blind, but navigates his surroundings with ease. Beau is a happy boy who adores soft, cozy beds and does well in his crate. We're optimistic he's potty trained, and he's friendly with other calm, gentle dogs, though he really prefers human companionship. We promised Beauregard the 4th that the rest of his life would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?

Ongoing Health

Beau is blind but appears to get around well. He has been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

We are assuming Beauregard the 4th is potty trained, though we cannot know for certain until he is in a home environment. He does great in a crate.

Transporation

Beauregard the 4th is located in South Carolina. We provide transport to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new companion. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
