Kylie

Kylie is a fun, quirky, and goofy girl who, despite having only three legs, thinks she's a gazelle! She's had a challenging road to recovery after a terrible abuse case that resulted in the amputation of her right hind leg and treatment for other fractures. After many months of learning to trust humans again, Kylie has blossomed, enjoying playtime with her doggie friends and lounging on the couch. She's completely unaware she's a tripod and loves to leap and wrestle. Kylie would thrive in a home with other dogs and patient humans who will give her the time and space she needs to build trust. While she initially favors women, yummy treats can help win over any hesitant gentleman. Her journey shows the incredible capacity for healing and love that dogs possess.

Ongoing Health

Kylie's right hind leg was amputated, and she has healed from associated fractures. All our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped. If over 6 months old, they are also heartworm tested and on preventative.

Kylie tends to favor women over men but can be won over with yummy treats.

We adopt within a 2-hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
