Rescued from a shelter's euthanasia list in Houston due to overcrowding, King beat the odds, finished his heartworm treatment like a champ, and is now fully healthy and ready for his happily ever after. King is an all-around amazing boy who is boundlessly grateful for his second chance. He loves making human friends, enjoys relaxed walks, and is a certified professional at napping. While he loves a good snooze, King still has a great amount of energy for playtime and adventures. He's also a total romantic. King is a massive fan of the ladies. Whether it's human women or canine companions, King is a total Casanova and would do best in a home with a female dog. Hey, a King needs his Queen, right? No boys allowed in his inner circle!
