Meet Starla! This 1-year-old girl is a ball of joyful energy and a fun-loving spirit. Starla was found as a stray in Honolulu, and she's always ready for a new adventure! One of her favorite pastimes is rolling around in the grass, truly soaking up every moment of fun and showing off her wonderfully goofy side. As a young dog, Starla is still discovering the world and will blossom with plenty of time, attention, and positive training as she continues to grow. She's hoping for a family that will help her build confidence, teach her new skills, and provide lots of opportunities to play and explore. In return, she promises to fill your home with smiles, laughter, and endless unconditional love.
