Marsh

Marsh is a 100% American Bully with a big heart, a loving personality, and a whole lot of love to give. He has worked hard on his obedience and is proud of how far he's come. Marsh knows sit, drop it, and come, and has excellent off-leash recall. He is crate trained, house trained, and used to a wireless training collar. He also does great with a wireless fence system and goes outside to play without ever breaking the boundary. Marsh is an affectionate guy who thinks he's a lap dog, and he loves car rides, treats, and being close to his humans. He does well around horses and cows.

Ideal Home

Marsh would do best as the only dog or with a dog who has a calm, non-dominant personality. He is not a good match for cats, chickens, or other small animals due to his prey drive. He gets along well with older children (no children under 8) and most adults. He can be protective of his people, so slow, controlled introductions are important for him to feel safe and confident.

Ongoing Health

Marsh is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccines, and on heartworm prevention (Simparica Trio). He weighs about 54 pounds.

Training & Support

Marsh has excellent off-leash recall and knows several commands. He is house and crate trained. He is used to a wireless training collar and wireless fence system. Marsh can be protective of his people and may have disagreements over toys, the couch, or their humans if not properly introduced.

Transporation

Marsh is currently in Surgoinsville, TN, but can be transported to an approved adoptive home. A fee may apply depending on distance and volunteer availability.
