Murphy

Murphy is an adorable Schnauzer mix, approximately 2 years old and weighing about 15 pounds. He's incredibly loyal and loves to stick close to his foster family, earning him the nickname "velcro puppy"! Murphy is a social butterfly and gets along great with other dogs. He hasn't shown any prey drive, so he would likely be fine with cats too. He's also perfectly happy being the only dog in the home and doesn't require canine companions to feel secure. This sweet boy is looking for a loving family to call his own.

Ideal Home

Murphy would do well in a home with gentle, older children. However, he can be easily startled by sudden noises and would not be a good fit for infants or very young children.

Ongoing Health

Murphy is a minimal shedder, but his "hair" requires regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.
