Comet Good Shepherd

Comet is a 4-month-old German Shepherd with a striking black coat, tan paws, and adorable white markings on his chest and chin. He's the more reserved pup of his litter, and at first, he likes to observe new people and places from a distance. Comet came from a local shelter with his siblings and has been learning to trust and feel safe in a foster home. He takes his time warming up, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet, affectionate, and loyal nature shines through. He enjoys being close to his people and snuggling up.

Ideal Home

Comet will thrive in a patient, consistent, and gentle home environment. He is still learning how to respond to corrections but is making good progress with the right guidance.

Ongoing Health

Comet is up-to-date on all his vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He has also been microchipped.

Training & Support

Comet is kennel trained and sleeps through the night. He is adjusting well to home life and has a good balance of play and rest. He is generally quiet but can get excited about food and treats, which he is learning to manage.
