Izzy is currently coexisting with cats and is doing great, but because she can come on a bit strong, she'd do best with a dog-savvy cat who knows how to handle an enthusiastic pup. Ongoing Health

Izzy is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also been heartworm tested.

Training & Support

Izzy is crate trained, car ready, and a routine queen. She is playful and social with other dogs. With cats, she can be a little over excited when she wants to play.

Transporation

Izzy is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
