Max is a stunning likely shepherd mix with a lot of personality! He loves to play and go on long walks, and his energy level is definitely on the high side. He adores being surrounded by people and is curious, adventurous, and up for whatever. Max would make a stellar adventure buddy, but he also enjoys his cuddles at the end of the day.

Max dreams of a house with a yard and an active family who will include him in their life. He would do best in a dog-savvy household that will appreciate his zest for life and enthusiasm. He needs a safe place to direct his loyalty and where he gets as much love as he gives. Max is not good with cats, but he is good with other dogs. He is best suited for homes with older children due to his playful and joyful energy.

Training & Support

Max has a bit of separation anxiety, specifically when under-exercised. He is still learning leash manners but is getting better every day. Consistent positive reinforcement and ensuring he gets enough exercise will be key to his success.
