Banjo, a 5-year-old, 72-pound gentleman, is the epitome of a good boy with a resume that boasts of his impeccable manners and charming personality. He's housebroken, crate-trained, and a pro at using a doggy door, making him a low-maintenance companion for any lucky adopter. Banjo has a knack for making friends, greeting everyone with a wagging tail and shining eyes, whether at home or out and about. He walks beautifully on a leash, sits on command, and is a dream to travel with in the car. While he enjoys his daily strolls and little adventures, he's equally content with some quality couch time, mastering the art of relaxation. Banjo is a smart and polite dog who is eager to please and has received solid training.

Ideal Home

Banjo would thrive in a home with someone experienced with larger dogs who can continue to reinforce his excellent habits. He enjoys the company of most friendly dogs but prefers a smaller inner circle, especially with certain male dogs. He is not a fan of cats, pigs, or farm animals. While he's trained to ignore other animals on walks, he prefers his yard to be a private sanctuary, not a place for unfamiliar animals to wander.
