His name perfectly suits him, as he looks like someone sprinkled tiny butter beans all over his nose and cheeks. These charming speckles increase his appeal by 300%! Butter Beans is a playful, snuggly, people-loving young guy who greets the world with curiosity and tail wags. He adores attention; when you pet him, he melts into you like warm butter. He enjoys belly rubs, face scritches, and any form of human touch. He's confident meeting new people and believes every human is his personal cheering squad. He's still young, goofy, affectionate, and oh-so-cuddly.
Butter Beans is smart, eager, and already shines with training. He's well-socialized, crate-trained, house-trained, and rides beautifully in the car. He loves exploring outdoors and is the perfect companion for hiking, patio relaxing, walks, road-tripping, and evening snuggles. He also loves toys and will toss them in the air and catch them.
He's a social butterfly with other dogs and loves them all, regardless of size or personality. He's mindful, respectful, playful, and has great social cues. He's currently fostered with four dogs of varying sizes and genders. However, Butter Beans would also be content as an only pup, as he is very loving and loyal to his humans. He is not a fan of cats and prefers to keep his distance. He is fantastic with kids, provided they can handle his enthusiasm and floppy hugs. We will conduct further kid testing upon request. A fenced yard is his happy place, where he can run and play fetch.
Ideal Home
A house with a fenced yard is ideal for Butter Beans to play fetch and get his zoomies out. He is not a fan of cats.

Butter Beans is a healthy young pup and receives all necessary vetting, including vaccines, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention.
Training & Support
Butter Beans is crate-trained and house-trained. He is smart and eager to learn, already shining with training. He attends doggy daycare and is doing well.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
