About Clint(Reduced Rover)
Clint is an 8-year-old, 60-pound distinguished gentleman with the calm authority of a seasoned cowboy. He approaches life with quiet confidence and a preference for peace, not unlike his namesake. Clint enjoys toys but isn't one for chaotic play; he's more of a curator of fine rubber chickens and respectable squeaky hedgehogs, happy to negotiate terms for their return. He gets along well with people and other dogs, approaching life with a philosophical outlook that favors calm and treats. Cats are acknowledged with a simple, "Yes. You exist." Walks are a pleasure for Clint, and he moves through the world as if expecting a sunset. He sleeps peacefully in his crate as long as it's his private space; otherwise, he offers enthusiastic "town hall updates." When left alone, he prefers his crate, as he has a mild hobby of "tasteful interior rearrangement" with household items. He will bark at activity beyond the fence, acting as a responsible neighborhood sheriff. Clint is balanced – friendly but not clingy, playful but not chaotic, and affectionate yet a true gentleman. He's the quiet hero who makes any place feel calmer.
Ideal Home
Clint thrives in a home where he has his own private space for his crate. He will bark to communicate if he can see you from his crate.
Ongoing Health
All adoption fees for adult dogs cover age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
Training & Support
When left alone, Clint prefers to be crated as he has a tendency for mild "interior rearrangement." He will also bark at activity beyond the fence.
