George

George is a handsome boy with a heart of gold! He's a sweet and loving companion who adores cuddling with his favorite person and is content to just hang out nearby. George is also a big fan of stuffies – he has a whole collection and loves to carry one around with him, especially on walks, as it helps him stay calm. He's a smart cookie who enjoys learning new things and has a very generous sponsor who has covered his adoption fee, so you can spoil him even more!

Ideal Home

George would do best in a quieter neighborhood due to some reactivity on leash towards other dogs, though he is making great progress with positive reinforcement training. He can be a bit jumpy when excited, so he might be best suited for a home with older, respectful children.

George is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

George is housebroken and doing well with crate training after an initial settling-in period. He needs continued support and positive reinforcement for leash walking, as he can be reactive towards other dogs. He also benefits greatly from carrying a stuffie on walks to help him stay calm.
