Ruger

Ruger is a handsome 3-year-old Rottweiler with soft eyes, a big head, and an incredibly loyal heart. After spending much of his life outdoors, he's ready to discover what it means to be a beloved family member and enjoy the comfort and security of a home. Ruger is a sensitive boy who forms deep bonds with his people and is still learning his manners, especially considering his size and strength.

Ideal Home

Ruger will do best with experienced adopters who can provide calm, confident leadership, structure, and consistency. While Ruger enjoys spending time outdoors, he's not interested in neighborhood walks. His ideal home will have a securely fenced yard where he can safely stretch his legs, explore, and relax at his own pace. Ruger can be cautious around unfamiliar men and busy or noisy environments and does best when given the time and space to settle in. All people and dogs in the home must meet Ruger prior to adoption.

Ruger is still learning his manners, especially considering his size and strength. With patience, understanding, and gentle guidance, he'll reward his family with unwavering loyalty and companionship.
