Meet Biscuit, a 7.5‐month‐old Shepherd mix weighing 41 pounds and overflowing with charm. With her honey‐brown eyes, expressive ears, and that signature permanent grin, she’s the kind of dog who brings sunshine wherever she goes. Biscuit is full of joyful energy — she loves to play, chase balls, zip around with puppy enthusiasm, and explore the world with her signature “let’s go!” spirit.
She’s outgoing, social, and immensely sweet. Biscuit has a big personality and isn’t afraid to share her opinions, especially when she’s excited or trying to get a friend to join in the fun. Her playful confidence makes her a blast to be around, and her affectionate nature shines the moment she leans in for attention. And when she flops over into a full “belly rub coma,” going completely limp with a blissed‐out smile, it’s impossible not to fall in love.
Squeaky toys, hearing her name, and getting plenty of exercise are some of her happiest things in the world. She does great with kids, dogs, and even cats, making her a versatile fit for many different homes. While she’d certainly enjoy a yard, she doesn’t need one — she’ll thrive anywhere she gets regular activity, playtime, and love.

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
