Meet Spark!

Some dogs have a way of making themselves unforgettable, and Spark is one of them. At about a year old and 55 pounds, this handsome Labrador Retriever mix has a heart every bit as big as his smile. Despite being abandoned and left in the garbage before being rescued, Spark has never let his past define him. Instead, he greets the world with trust, kindness, and an endless supply of love. He truly is proof that kindness can survive even the hardest beginnings.

Spark is incredibly gentle and affectionate. He loves everyone he meets and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While he still has the playful spirit of a young dog, he's calm and easygoing in the house and happiest simply being wherever his people are. If you've ever dreamed of having a true shadow dog, Spark is your guy. He'll happily follow you from room to room, content just to be by your side. Whether you're cooking dinner, working from home, watching TV, or heading out for a walk, Spark doesn't just want a home—he wants to be part of your life.
