Ivy

Meet Ivy, a joyful and affectionate pup born on March 11, 2025. Ivy was adopted as a puppy and sadly, due to circumstances beyond her control, her family had to rehome her. She blossomed in a foster home and is now eagerly awaiting her forever family. Ivy's absolute favorite pastime is a rousing game of fetch, and a tennis ball will make you her instant best friend! She also enjoys playing with her toys, going for walks, and cherishing time spent with her humans.

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive in an active family that loves to play and include her in daily life. She adores children and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes.

Ongoing Health

Ivy has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations, and is heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Ivy is a smart girl who already knows commands such as "sit," "lay down," "come," "no," "go potty," and "go to your kennel." She is also potty trained and crate trained, and does well with a routine. Ivy can be a little shy around unfamiliar men and may bark and back away. With patience, kindness, and treats, she warms up quickly. She is very food-motivated, enjoying watermelon, cucumbers, apples, ice cubes, and most treats.

Ivy is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. She is available for adoption and transport to many areas across the country. Her adoption fee of $600 includes transport, and there is likely a transport stop near you.
